Camera Report Generator

A digital camera report for each shoot day: log every card with scene, shot, take, lens, ISO, white balance and timecode, color-code the media status, read the stats, and export to PDF or CSV.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use

  1. Fill in the production, shoot day and camera details at the top.
  2. Add a row for each card or clip with scene, shot, take, lens, ISO, white balance, filter and timecode.
  3. Set the media status on each card, from recording through copied, verified and formatted.
  4. Read the automatic stats, then export to PDF for the production or CSV for the DIT.

Examples

  • A 1st AC logs every magazine across the day, and the report becomes the handover sheet for the DIT.
  • Color-coded statuses make it obvious at a glance which cards are still recording and which are safe to format.
  • The shooting ratio and total footage time give the editor and producer a quick sense of the day.

Frequently asked questions

What is a camera report?

It is the log the camera team keeps of every card and clip on a shoot day: what was shot, on which lens and settings, and where each card is in the offload and backup process. It replaces the paper report many productions still use.

Can the DIT use the export?

Yes. Export to CSV to import the card log into a DIT workflow, or to PDF for a clean printable handover.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Everything stays in your browser on this device. Export to keep or share a copy.
