How to use

  1. Pick the department, then type the role, name and contact details for each crew member.
  2. Add a call time and a rate or note if you want the sheet to double as a planning and budgeting reference.
  3. Press Add to crew. People are grouped automatically under their department in production order.
  4. Watch the head counts update, then export to PDF for the call sheet or CSV for accounting.

Examples

  • A small documentary crew might be five people across Direction, Camera and Sound, producing a tidy one-page contact sheet.
  • On a larger shoot the department head counts make gaps obvious, like a Grip department with no key grip listed yet.
  • Adding rates in the note field turns the same list into a quick crew cost reference you can hand to the line producer.

Frequently asked questions

How are people grouped?

By department, in standard production order from Production and Direction through Camera, Lighting, Grip, Sound and the rest. Anyone you mark as Other falls to the end.

Can I use this for the call sheet?

Yes. Export to PDF for a clean printable contact sheet, or CSV to drop the names, roles and call times straight into your call sheet or scheduling tool.

Only in your browser on this device, and nothing is uploaded. Export to PDF or CSV to share it or keep a backup.
